Bursary Award Scheme
Sixth Form operate a Bursary Award scheme for some students; this has four levels of requirements and if you are successful in obtaining an award, the money should only be spent on:

Transport to and/or from Davenant Foundation School

Meals at Davenant Foundation School
-
Equipment - calculators, art equipment, stationery etc.

UCAS fees and travel to open days
-
Course-related resources – text books, revision guides, etc.

Trips, visits and sports activities directly relevant to a chosen A Level course studied

Uniform
Any student who thinks they may be eligible for a Bursary Award, should complete an application form and submit with documentary evidence in support of their application for consideration. Applications are available via the application form below (or you can fill in the Google Form on the link below) and from the Sixth Form office if you would prefer to fill out a hard copy.
Please note that all application forms and evidence need to be sent to us by Monday 20th October, 5pm. Any forms without any supporting evidence will be automatically rejected so please do ensure we have all the evidence we need, please see the scheme for further details.
If you were in receipt of the Bursary Scheme last year for Year 12 and are now in Year 13, please fill out the Self Declaration Form below to confirm your circumstances haven't changed and would like to continue the same award for this year. If your circumstances have changed, please fill out a new application on the above application form with your supporting evidence.
All forms and evidence (if required) need to be sent to us by Monday 20th October, 5pm.
