They are also posted outside the Music Office in paper form.
Lessons can only be changed when a minimum of 1 weeks' notice is given for a limited set of reasons.
Lessons that are timetabled outside of school hours cannot be changed

Please ask your child to accept the invitation to their relevant tuition classroom, which will come through as an email on their school email account and check regularly for updates to the timetable and changes.
Occasionally lessons may be changed by the Performing Arts Department at short notice.
If they are changed the chronological day before a message will be posted on Google Classroom - received via the student Gmail account.
If they are changed the same day the student will be given a written note of the change during the school day as soon as the change is made.
