Year 7
Application for admission to the school in Year 7 must be made through the Local Authority’s Coordinated Admissions procedure.
If you are requested for Davenant's DfES number by your LEA, it is 881/5426.
Applicants will be required to complete a Supplementary Information Form which will enable the Governors to assess the application against their admissions criteria. (See Admissions Policy below).

Please print out the application form, complete by hand and post to Mrs Hofmann, Admissions Officer, Davenant Foundation School, Chester Road, Loughton, Essex IG10 2LD by 5 November 2010 with the relevant proofs of address.

OPEN EVENING FOR YEAR 7 ADMISSIONS
The school will be open from 6.30-9.00 pm on Thursday 7 October 2010. Members of the Sixth Form will guide prospective students and their parents round the school premises. The Headteacher will talk in the School Hall at 6.45 pm and again at 8.00 pm.
During the following week (11-15 October) parents are welcome to visit the School during the normal working day. Please telephone school reception if you wish to book a visit. Tours will be at 9.00 am and 2.00 pm.
NB The Headteacher’s 6.30 pm talk is normally very busy and the Hall doors are closed for safety reasons once capacity has been reached. Parents are advised to arrive early or take a tour of the school first and attend the 8.00 pm talk.
