Catering Committee

The Catering Committee meets once every half term to consider issues about food in school.  One of our major objectives is to ensure the canteen provides healthy and nutritious meals at a price that students can afford.  Mrs Coates is the current Chair Person of this committee but sadly she will be leaving this post at the end of July 2009.  Mrs Lamb would like to take this opportunity to thank Mrs Coates for all her hard work and especially for collating the findings of The Food Audit.

The good news is that we have appointed a student for this position from September 2009.  This student is Loren Ttakoushis, shown below. Loren is currently in Year 11.  She is someone who has demonstrated an impressive commitment to healthy eating at Davenant. Loren has been an active member of this group since Year 7.
