We look to continuously improve the careers information and guidance given to our students. To measure the success and impact of our programme we regularly undertake feedback surveys and invite open communication with parents, pupils, staff and employers.
We have regular meetings with staff and those in pastoral care positions to invite comment on our programme and ensure that we are meeting the individual needs of the students.
We monitor attendance on careers events and activities and follow-up any non—attendance.
